Hamilton Cams Flat Tappet Conversion Kit 2019-2024

As of 12-19 7pm we are out of kits along with everyone nationwide, we will have the first batch from Hamilton just after the 1st of Jan and should be able to fulfill orders. So all orders placed will be slightly back ordered just into the new year. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

This kit replaces the factory Hydraulic roller lifters and cam to a reliable flat tappet, and is emission compliant except in California.

– 178/208 replacement camshaft
– DLC coated  steel tappets
– upgraded pushrods
– Adjustable rocker arms with DLC coated trunnions and upgraded oiling
– SEMA certified for 49 state emissions

-This kit will fit all 2019-2024 Rams with with hydraulic roller lifters.

On some 2019s there could be a casting flaw that needs to be machined to allow tappet fitment. We have only seen one so far: Engine will need to be removed and slight machining or grinding is need to clearance. If this is not an option, we will issue a full refund:
